We combine medication-assisted treatment, counseling coordination, and practical support to help you move toward a stable, meaningful life in recovery.
Membership includes:
Comprehensive intake and stabilization plan
Regular follow-up visits (virtual and/or in-person)
Secure messaging and care coordination
Medication management and monitoring
You can use your insurance separately for lab work, therapy, or other services outside of Criterion Medical.
We review your history, current use, goals, and safety. You’ll leave with a clear next-step plan.
If appropriate, we start medications and monitoring, coordinate labs, and connect you with therapy resources.
Regular check-ins, medication adjustments, and relapse prevention work as your recovery evolves.
Why combine primary care and addiction treatment?
Most addiction clinics focus only on substance use treatment.
Most primary care offices do not treat addiction.
We do both. This integrated model allows us to:
Treat the whole patient, manage chronic medical conditions, address mental health concerns, improve medication adherence, reduce unnecessary emergency room visits, coordinate care more effectively
Patients receive comprehensive healthcare under one roof.
