Medication-Assisted Treatment

We offer office-based treatment using FDA-approved medications when clinically appropriate, including:

Suboxone® (Buprenorphine/Naloxone) - one of the most effective treatments available for opioid use disorder and helps patients: reduce cravings, prevent withdrawal symptoms, lower overdose risk, and improve long-term recovery outcomes.

Patients receive ongoing monitoring, support and follow-up care from a physician who understands addiction medicine.

OUR CARE MODEL

Direct, relationship-based addiction care built around your recovery

Criterion Medical uses a Direct Patient Care (DPC) membership model. Instead of billing insurance, you pay a transparent monthly fee for highly accessible, personalized care. This allows us to spend more time with you, coordinate your treatment thoughtfully, and protect your privacy.

We combine medication-assisted treatment, counseling coordination, and practical support to help you move toward a stable, meaningful life in recovery.

Membership includes:

Comprehensive intake and stabilization plan
Regular follow-up visits (virtual and/or in-person)
Secure messaging and care coordination
Medication management and monitoring

You can use your insurance separately for lab work, therapy, or other services outside of Criterion Medical.
